I already have a capital one secured credit card with a $300 limit and have been paying ontime for the last 4months. I have had a job for the last 2 years.
very doubtful
you will need to keep paying on that secured card for at least 12 months for it to mean anything credit-wise

No, you don't require a credit card at all. If you are planning to buy games on the PlayStation USA Store you can buy a PlayStation network prepaid card, redeem the codes and that's it. you can buy them on any blockbuster or online on ps3cardsonline.

NO, you only need either credit card or PSN card to increase your PSN wallet amount.
I have also done the same and never used a credit card, so i'm sure :-)

The bill includes when and how banks charge consumers who try to spend more money than they have in their bank account.
