    no you can't.
    the gift card money is on your account. and because itunes THINKS it helps people by charging your gift card before your credit card

    City to Test Credit Card Parking Meters

    Beginning on Thursday, drivers will be able to whip out their plastic to pay for parking for the next three months after the city installs 30 single-space credit card-enabled parking meters.

    According to the City Community Newsletter, the parking meters will accept credit cards or cash and they will be located on Daniel Street on the northerly side from Penhallow Street to Market Square. They will also be placed on both sides of Penhallow Street from Daniel Street to Bow Street.
