I am specifically looking for a site where it explains and goes into detail about the 1003 form [application form for a mortgage] and how to fill it out and what the things mean on there. I also would like more information about what's in a loan package
I would be happy to help you. You'r right. There is no one place to go for this. I teach a course called Mortgage 101. I can send you the book we use in the class if you'd like. Please contact me at dparks@buyusa1.com.
