nope. even filing bankruptcy won't get rid of them. when you signed your loans it came with a lot of paperwork--it should say this somewhere.

my question is where can i get a student loan? would California Department of Rehabilitation help with college calasses books and transportation?
They best way to know is to ask them.
Also, you'll be able to get school loans through the college you plan on attending. They will be able to assist you.
